The Thor Choi drew in the Second Coming arc looking awesome, and I have faith in Rodi.

We have like 6 Thor titles coming out in a few months:

The main Thor title
Thor: the Mighty Avenger ongoing
Hickman's Ultimate Thor mini series
Thor: For Asgard mini series
Thor: First Thunder mini series

And now this.

Crap, Marvel's going to be getting a lot of money from me in the near future.

how many of them are 616 coanon?

The main Thor title obviously is cannon. The First Thunder and Astonishing Thor miniseries are also cannon. I think the For Asgard miniseries might be cannon but I'm not sure.

A two issue Thor tie in to Chaos War was announced as well:

Really liked this part:

Ching: It’s everything I’d want to draw in a major battle. Gods fighting other Gods, all of it set in space with stars exploding, planets being ripped apart, black holes forming. Just complete mayhem — it’s awesome!

It'll be fun to see Thor ripping apart planets and taking on a being that contains the power of hundreds and hundreds of Gods. I also enjoyed how they compared Glory to a Zeus containing all of the Olympians.

A Warrior's Three mini was announced:

And here's an advanced preview of the Valkyrie one shot coming out:

The Valkyrie issue and Warrior's Three mini are cannon.

A second advanced preview for Thor #615:

The art is looking great so far. Fraction better deliver.

agreed the art seems right

Thor: For Asgard #1 Preview:
http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=preview&id=6205&disp=table

Thor killing innocent women and children? That's way too Ares like for my taste. I'll get this just because the writer has been awesome on his previews work and I love the art. Hopefully the wrest of the story is better.

Thor > Tom Cruise 🙄

And typical Bendis not knowing what the **** is going on in other books......

them War Of The Worlds machines got destroyed in a recent Marvel Zombies book.

Well, it is war, and the Frost Giants are the biggest enemies of Asgard. Thor did have some pause before going through with attacking. He was younger then, and probably would not go through with such an action now.

Rob Rodi is an awesome Thor writer, too. Like to see him do more.

And Walt Simonson appearing at a Thor comic panel? Nice. Maybe he's being courted for a return to Marvel?

It never occurred to me, thinking about Simonson's name. He's the son of a Norwegian immigrant? Of course!doh
No wonder he feels so close to Thor.

is "For Asgard" considered canon?
