I hope this hell arc is soon over. The dialogue is great but it's still pretty dull.
This is the last issue. It's also the end of Kieron's run.
Fraction takes over and his first issue is Thor #615 that comes out the 29th of this month.
Two Thor's in one month!
Thor #616 comes out in October #13. So we'll get three Thor issues in around a month.

A Walt Simonson Thor -contains all of Walt's Thor work plus the Balder mini- Omnibus is being released:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Thor-Walter-Simonson-Omnibus-Simpson/dp/0785146334/ref=sr_1_76?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1283280568&sr=1-76
This is the largest Omnibus in comic history as far as I know. The work is also being recolored.
-------------------------------------------
There's some speculation -it's not the usual baseless crap- over on CBR that Walt might be doing a Thor project in the near future:

Please let it be true.

Very good. If it's true about Simonson, Marvel is pulling out all the promotional stops for the approaching Thor movie (opening 8 months from today 💃 ), getting one of his best ever creators on board with a project.

It happen before he joined the Avengers.^ That one of my pet peeves about Marvel/DC.
Everything ain't in timely order anymore....
lots of stuff happening to thor then after siege. going to maphisto's realm, going to the nine worlds, joining the avengers, with cho and what ever else there is that i missed...use to be, if thor was off planet, or doing his own business, he wasn't in any other books.
Originally posted by gogogadgetgoYeah well that was when he wasn't getting such a big push by marvel.

They obviously want him in the spotlight or in the open as much as possible with his movie coming out next year.

True, but they should make him look as impressive as possible, if he has a ton of mediocre appearances, that isn't going to rile up any newbies into wanting to see his movie.
No one is going to be interested in seeing a movie about a hero that clearly plays second fiddle in the super strong hero department, to say Hulk.
Originally posted by CosmicCometI agree some of his appearances have been so so but he did just wade through the forces of hell pretty good so it hasn't been too bad.

Looks f*cking awesome. I really want Thor to go Cosmic again.
His facing the High Evolutionary, Glory -picture all of the Olympians being in the body of Zeus like the Uni Mind- and Ego in the upcoming minis. I would have preferred Galactus or the Celestials but whatever.
