Thor beat defeated a long time before he was whored out by Marvel.

If Thor stomps Galactus, I'd love it but at the same time, I'd probably enjoy an awesome t fight where Thor goes down fighting. Hopefully this Galactus is described as a Cosmic Entity and so on. That way, both sides would come out impressive.

I can't decipher what you are saying here.

The hell? I was sure I edited it that. I meant to say:
Thor defeated Galactus a long time before he was whored out by Marvel.

I just like storylines that play with more obscure characters. If the future they visited was less about Hulk and Iron-man and more about Iron-fist and Doctor Voodoo I would be much more interested.

Also Kang rockz and being beaten by Thor at the end is no shame. He kicked a prepped Doom's *ss recently anyways.

Kang sucks!

Yeah that's what I thought you meant.

Still, we know the context for that wasn't a Galactus at full power.

And by whoring out you mean making Thor more mainstream?

That was mentioned/retconned in a later Thor annual.

Thor being able to rock Galactus is perfectible acceptable.

I was referring to Galactus.

So how close to full power was he?

It really pisses me off that they can't have him let loose on Banner like that for once. Tired of the Hulk. He's shit.

You're just mad because Kang is cooler than Thor 😎

Okay thar.

I don't know. I can't give you a percentage or anything like that. I'd have no basis for it. However, the previous issue, it showed that multiple planets were ravaged by Galactus and so on. I'd say he was probably close to or around fed levels if Lee even took this shit into account. For whatever it's worth, no hunger or exhaustion was ever mentioned.

lol, nope.

Thor looked quite impressive there... almost reminded me of classic Surfer the way he took on Galactus.

Thor's hit moved Galactus' head back a bit.... But then he got eye-beam-owned.

Dunno if I'd call that impressive, but whatevs. πŸ˜‰

It's only one of the several sources that confirm that Thing is stronger than Thor.

at least marvel got their power levels straight.

Thor even going all out should not pose a threat to Galactus.
Still the showing was nice basically in terms of bravery and damage soak. he was going to stand up after the eye beam blast

It's true. Thor was performing over his head in the Jack Kirby days, to make a hungry Galactus turn away. I don't want Marvel pushing him into unrealistic levels like DC sometimes does with Superman.

Wasn't time reformed again?

Galactus resurrected after the first beat down? πŸ™‚

any opinions on 615?

blood and crips.

For second, I thought those blue elves are from 9 worlds. I guess these red folks are coming to Asgard to fill the voided space.

The red folks seem to have every parallel copies of the Asgardians. Odin & a Thor seem so.

Avengers Prime 3 was kinda fun.

showing Thor's healing abilities among other things πŸ˜‰

Fraction's Thor characterization has disappointed me like whoa. Feel's like Loeb took over the title. If there isn't some outside influences etc.? F*ck Fraction and bring back Gillen.

He better write tons and tons of feats for Thor for me to excuse this shit. For now, the Mighty Avenger title can sustain my need for good Thor stories.

The only interesting thing has been the inclusion of the 'nine worlds = nine universes'.

My only hope is that Red bastard makes an interesting villian.
