Thor Discussion

Quick question: In Blood and Thunder, was Thor influenced by Warrior Madness, some form of warrior madness, or is it just a general misunderstanding? Have been seeing two argue over this, so I came in doubt.

There was no Warrior Madness in Blood and Thunder. That was pretty clear. People who argue that there was Warrior Madness are just delusional, fanboys, or both.

The entire point of Blood and Thunder was that whenever Odin created a Thor copy etc. he took a piece of Thor to do it. Bill, Masterson, Norvell etc. each have a portion of Thor or something similar. It reduced Thor to bits and pieces inside, which led to the insanity and the creation of the Valkyrie by his psyche.

And as far as I know, there aren't different forms of Warrior Madness.

Okay thanks 🙂

Okay, so Astonishing Thor just got off to an amazing start. Incredible art, interesting concept, and credible power levels for him without pandering to fans. A+ Thor fans should pick it up.

Thanks

Spoiler:
I hope to god that Odin lays a smack down upon Balder. I don't see why him and Thor would go at it since they had their father son moment in the void before. And i hope to god Odin gets involved with the chaos King and lays a smack dow or at the least gets somefeat to support his old school power levels . This would be his time to shine once again

At least the writers the staying true to the mythology of Thor with that idea.

In other news, Thor: The Mighty Avengers #8 came out today. If your a fan of good comics, go out and buy it. And by buy, I mean exchange money for a physical copy.

Will download it. Thanks. 👆

Thor: The Mighty Avengers art is kinda sukzzz..i refuse to even download it..even if the story is great..with that kinda art i immediately lost interest..

it's kid oriented.
It's nice for what it is. Not for me either though

It's awesome, if we're talking about the same book, it really has that Silver Age feeling on it, and the story is very well told.
