Now I'm sad. Something cool happened and my wireless connection in this motel is too damn slow.
As for the weight of a pyramid, the Great Pyramid in Giza has an estimated weight of 6 million tons. This is probably based on the average weight of the stones (2.5 tons but rising as high as 50) and the number estimated to have been used (something like 2.5 millions).

I don't think it's possible to be a bandwagon fan for FC. Being a huge comic nerd, I probably got a few more references than the casual reader (Although very little when compared to most DC fans on these boards) and I'm positive I missed many, many references to characters or situations in the book. I love both Marvel and DC, I know lotsa stuff about the major players in both universes and have shelves full of comics from both companies, but (for example) FC #1 was the first time I'd ever heard of Dick Turpin.
Turpin was in Kirby's New Gods. Heck he even appear in the Superman cartoon of the 90s. I doubt you never heard of him....most likely didnt remember him. That is what is happening. A lot of characters from decades ago are being brought back to the present. It's no surprise some of us don't remenber them.

No FC #1 was the first time I'd heard of Dick Turpin. I never watched the Superman cartoon (I much preferred JLU) and I'm not into the old New Gods stuff, I prefer the more modern appearances of them and most of the issues I own are purely centred around specific guys like Darkseid.
Perhaps I'm pleading ignorance here and don't get me wrong I'm happy that FC features such a broad range of the DCU in what's shaping up to be an epic, but it's not new reader friendly ❌
