Spoiler:
And thats my two cents.
I don't feel like reading all 30 pages, but I saw the movie twice, once on it's premier night, and another a day later. The first time I saw it I left disappointed, the second time I saw it I appreciated it a lot more, it satisfied everything, but still left me wanting more, it also left me thinking, if something did attack NY like that, that's how everything would go down, the movie was very believable and it wasn't like every other monster flick we're the main character survives and everyone lives happily ever after. It was wonderfully written, and the way they shot it with a hand held camera was amazing, the acting was incredible, the only spotty acting I saw was the head military guy who said 'whatever it is it's winning", The only thing I'm still debating is, if the film was about the monster, or about the kids trying to escape the monster. I'm leaning more to the side of over all it was about the monster due to when the film 1st opened and it said " Camera found in area formally known as Central Park" leading me to believe that the movie was just evidence in the big scheme of things.
