Which reminds me, do you have the TF Armada version of Optimus?

maturity has always gone along with age. This isn't changing.

...how the **** did I miss this?

No, my god, it does not. The two are generally correlated, but they do not directly match up.

For starters, the human brain does not finish fully maturing into an adult brain until the age of 22. That is how long, for the average person, it takes for full emotional and cognitive abilities to develop.

However, just because someone is legally an adult it does not mean that they are psychologically mature. As I pointed out, an obsession with violence and gore is generally seen as an indication of immaturity. Generally, the more someone insists they are mature for their age, the more immature they really are. Sites like TFLN and MFL and PiC are rife with examples of immaturity from people who are legally adults.

Just because someone grows up physically, it doesn't mean they have mentally or emotionally.

Good lord. That's like one of the very first things you learn when you crack open a psych book!

Yes, because things like that most parents don't want young kids exposed to. if there was no sexual overtones and no blood and he didn't kill the bad guys the game would be completely alien to what it is known for.

It depends on the age. I am not talking about a 10 year old I was referring to someone close to 17 like 15.

That stuff is the sole reason kids shouldn't play it which has always been the point. If you cut out this stuff then you don't need a mature audience to play them.

Because kids, in general, shouldn't. Not because it's material that will engage adults, but because it's material and children generally shouldn't see.

Difference between an M-rated game, and a mature game.

What you see is every Optimus I have. I skipped the Armada series, both show and toys. Only got back into Transformers thanks to Animated.

No, it doesn't.

And no shit, that's exactly what I've been saying the entire time. It's stuff that may not be appropriate for kids and they should be supervised.

Well, I disagree and enjoy this country, it's past times, it's history, it's freedoms, it's locations, and would never ever dream of classing these countries as more ideal places to live.

Maturity is a psychological term used to indicate that a person responds to the circumstances or environment in an appropriate and adaptive manner. This response is generally learned rather than instinctive, and is not determined by one's age. Maturity also encompasses being aware of the correct time and place to behave and knowing when to act appropriately, according to the situation. πŸ™„
I agree but we need broad generalizations and ratings to deem what is necessary foro kids a certain age and the parents can decide whether or not their child is appropriate or not.

With violence and the exposure of this should only happen with maturity.

But you tried to defend your spurious stance with a definition from the ESRB, which is not even correct.

That, is why you fail. /Yoda

Because they agreed with me as you did ina roundabout way. GOW is for a more mature audience.

China is also a shitty communist country full of censorship, fail, and AIDS.

Product of a good ol' American public education, ladies and gents and Scream! Let's give him a hand!

If parents actually did this part, the ESRB would have no reason to exist. It's a crutch for lazy ignorant parents to pick games to raise their kids so they can slack off.

I submit that the teens who flocked to GoW for the sex and gore were the very definition of immature.

He united the blacks and KKK in a funding cause to get him to presidency...

So far the KKK may seem to be ones prospering from it with a rise in membership. haermm

You forgot the one child policy, overpopulation, and communism. 😱

but they make most of the thing we have today

China, while filled with fetus wanton soup, is still better than where I live. >_>

I think the problems are really three-fold.

1) He's trying to clear up the huge ****ing mess Dubya left.

2) 95% of what he attempts to do, gets shot down when put to Congress. Hard to do much when you get blocked the moment you take a step.

3) People expect things to happen rightdamnnow and don't realize that stuff takes a long damn time to happen.

Not to mention the fact that people have this idea of him being some crazy liberal (don't I ****ing wish) when he's really quite moderate.

Clinton did a lot of good for this country, but he had 8 years to do it in and wasn't coming off of a president with the lowest approval ratings and highest debt in history.

Oh, please...

Go look at voting trends over the years. African-American voters have always leaned very much towards voting Democratic.

I never said it did. My point was on average you need to be more mature to handle the things you see in a gow game than a zelda game. The ratings board agrees. You can ramble on all you want but my point has been crystal from the start.

No, you haven't. The violence is the reason gow is for more mature audiences than zelda games.

Most of which kill babies.

But even if they didn't, how exactly does that make it a better country? It's still a shit hole communist place full of censorship. I would MUCH rather live in Sweden then shithole communist land that eats cats and dogs.
