There is a speed feat somewhere in there. In that issue surfers journey started from beyond the galaxy of the skrulls(he passes by it as he goes along) which according to a silver surfer annual is at least 2.2million light years away. So he definitely travelled several million light years. Then given that when we first see him is around the same time the FF see two suns in the sky(one made by uatu to hide earth), then its safe to say he made the trip in at the most an hour or two.
