Galactus says that no moral in the Universe is more powerful than Sakaar with Surfer's power

Also Surfer is able to show a vision to Sakaar of his world getting destoryed. This is great mental feat for Surfer as well :/ Which he believed to be real

Here Sakaar get the Old power back something with enough power to sustain Galactus for thousands of years. Still He is no match for the surfer. The energy he releases pushes him back causal owning this. Sakaar even admits that compare to the Surfer he is a worm.
