He didnt say "Frieza is a universal threat because there is no threats out there more powerful than him" or he didnt say "Frieza is a universal threat because Frieza can beat everyone"; he simply stated NUMEROUS of times that Frieza was a universal level threat and also stated that if Goku didnt stop Frieza the entire universe would be doomed.

Now stop adding to what he said unless you can show me the things that you are bringing up.

Your argument is completely negated by the manga however, where Kid Buu is outright shown only destroying planets, with Goku and Vegeta completely unable to stop it, this planet destroying blast also killed Mystic Gohan. Proving DBZ characters are merely planet busters, no higher.

The being "knocked through mountains crap" happens on a regular basis, so yeah, it does lend credence to them having higher than normal durability, the impalement not withstanding. One low showing doesn't ruin your entire resume.

DBZ'ers get knocked through mountains and they're trashed, same happens to Superman (or other Marvel/DC bricks) and not a scratch is on him. Getting up immediately is a testament to their endurance, not so much their durability.

broken arms, busted up eyes, bleeding, etc... they have very good stamina, but not durability.

Getting the shit knocked out of you like that would turn a normal human being to a fine paste, so their durability is good. I just wanted to note the rebar puncture.

Also as for this freiza debate i'd say freiza fourth form is mid-herald max and probably low herald.

Getting punched through mountains is nothing compared to actually getting knocked into the Earth's mantle with such force that the crust gets cracked and a global cataclysm ensues...and then rising out of the mantle after having swallowed magma, more or less unharmed.
