Not that hard a concept. Spider_man dodges machinegun fire without effort. Matrix people never aim at a person's waist or feet do they don't have to move their feet..

Its not a hard concept to grasp damn it!

Why would it be harder not to move than to move? You'd just be limiting yourself if you didn't move.

The way I see it, Spiderman can move his whole body in the time it takes an Agent to move just their head/upper body.

Because if you don't move your fast enough to see each individual bullet and dodge them accordingly.Spiderman just dodges them by moving every which way.The agents stay still and dodge them.What the agents do is harder.

You seem to be saying that Spiderman can't sense each and every bullet. I don't think this is true. Why is moving every which way easier than standing still? Both are dodging bullets, and one doesn't move as far. That's definitely comparable, but I can't say which is faster.

So because Spiderman does it effortlessly, and the matrix people have to push themselves that makes Spiderman slower even though he has to move faster because of the higher rate of fire?

Look at the picture. If Spider-Man didn't move his feet, he would be shot on the foot.

You show me an agent dodging a shot to his feet without moving his feet, and then maybe you'll have an argument.

Neo can stop bullets in their track, so i don't really see why this is even a conversation worth having. It's not like anyone is gonna nomiate anyone from the Matrix beside Neo.

As a kid he was already faster than sound and more durable than Spiderman. Peak human is a huge understatement. If people actually had read the manga, they would know that Nappa was already mid herald meaning that even saiyan saga Goku could give some of the weaker heralds of Galactus a fight.

Personally, my reasoning for considering the Agents faster than Spider-man is because they can punch and kick just as fast as they dodge (as displayed when the real time speed of Smith's attacks on Neo in the subway station as well as in the hallway at the end of the 1st film was shown). It should also be taken into account that most of the choreographed fights in the movies aren't shown at the full speed which they are occurring (example again being the first few moments of Smith's attack on Neo in the hallway. It begins looking as if Smith is throwing regular speed punches, but when it switches to the real time view of their motion, they're fighting at superspeed). Go to 2:28 of the following clip:

A Machine gun is faster than a hand gun. There is no argument there.

Dodging something faster meqans that peson is faster, regardless of how it looks.

Nobody ever tried to shoot an agent in the foot. So they only had to move the part that was being shot at.

Unless you can prove that they could dodge a bullet that would hit their feet without moving their feet you're arguing for style rather than substance.
