I also for vote for Dio Brando and Guyver for High Meta as well. And move down Dante and kratos to Elite Meta as well.
I also want to vote for Evangelion Unit 01 for Low Meta too since Unit 01 in End of Evangelion was powerful enough to cause 3rd Impact which pretty much destroyed all of Japan.

Did you read up on my proposition for Archimonde the Defiler? I place him at Elite Meta and he'd probably solo the entire Avatar Universe including Aang. Archimonde one-shot destroyed a city that was protected by powerful magical wards and I still don't consider him a Herald.

Durability isn't the issue, the issue is that Aang's greatest feats of bending would make him an ideal member of the Teen Titans or X-Men. He'd be a second stringer in the Justice League.

Aang is physically frail, he has the strength and speed of a very fit ten year old boy, and the durability of a normal human.
This is normal Aang though.
In the Avatar State he might be able to fight at High Meta, but I do not see him beating Ironman at all, though I have not read anything Ironman related in a while.
I also want to note for Samurai Jack's case that he, or rather, his sword, is able to cut through a metal stated to be adamantium. I can't find a youtube video, but it's Episode xviii (18): Jack and the Ultra Robots. The scientist guy that made several elite robots for Aku says he made them from adamantium, if it means anything to you guys. The only feat it has is Jack being unable to cut it unamped. He needed a cybernetic gauntlet that increased his strength to cut them, at least until the end of the episode where he summoned the strength to do it himself.
