Superman saying he's moved a planet is about like Cell saying he can destroy the universe. The only difference is Superman isn't somebody who brags while Cell is. But Superman saying it doesn't count for much.
Alright, so far I think both sides have put forth ample evidence as far as speed is concerned.
I am somewhat convinced that Superman can keep up with Cell in a battle, but I am also convinced that Cell can keep up with Superman.
I am convinced that Cell would be able to on multiple occasions dodge superman phase around him predict his shots etc, but I am also convinced that Superman can dodge cell.
At the very minimal I do not see enough evidence that suggest that Superman would 10/10 Cell. I also do not see Superman utterly destroying cell either.
They are both fast and regardless of who is faster when has that ever been the deciding factor of a battle. Just because someone is faster doesnt mean that the battle is over.
Lastly I do not see enough evidence from the Superman side that suggest that Superman's actually fighting ability (technique) is on par with cell, who has the martial techniques of many of the z fighters.

Hulk has said to be the strongest there is. Do you think that true. Juggernaut stated to be completely unstoppable, do you think thats true. Blue superman was stated to be the most power of the superman (not superman prime, etc...) and he needed wonder woman and mm help to move earth. And again, superman need wonder woman and mm help again to move the moon.
If superman could have moved war world under his own power he would have done so a long time ago. He didnt have the strength to do it. Please show me a scan or show me something that is showing superman moving a planet. I can make it easier for you, show me a scan of superman moving something the size of a city.

There are scans of Superman throwing a ship the size of a moon in the Superman respect thread. Just go there and look.
Now show me a scan of Gladiator actually moving a planet. Not him moving an asteroid, or destroying a planet but actually moving one. I know he can but I just want you to show me a scan.
Also after more reading I just don't see Superman as being impervious to Cell's attacks. Why should I hold such a belief after all I have seen.
I hope that there can be some sort of agreement on this but I fear not.
In order for Superman to utterly own cell, Cell has to have no way of harming him whatsoever but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Blue Superman used his own power to move the moon once. But that involved making the moon repel from Earth by magnetic energy.
Also Superman easily threw a ship the size of the moon out of Earth's atmosphere after knocking Lobo through it.

Superman can survive planet destroying attacks. It doesn't mean he can't be hurt by lesser attacks.

I see what you are trying to do. I can show him moving something the size of a planet. What does that have to do with this battle. Gladiator dont have anything to do with this.
I know what ship youre referring to and it wasnt even close to being the size of a city. Provide scans if its true.

Now this was funny. I have never seen goku get hurt by bullets. Lets put it like this, as a child goku was hit on the head by a ax and the ax shattered in pieces. Goku was stabbed by tien trainer (cant think of his name) and the blade broke on goku skin and goku didnt even acknowledged it, he didnt even know that it happened. Goku was walking through a room that was set up to kill him and iron arrows was shooting out the walls. All of them dented on his skin. Bullets hurting him, yeah right.

Ok I will buy that. But there has to be a level of taking damage that ultimately leads to ones incapacitation. Otherwise superman would be immortal.
Can he take 10 planet destroying attacks, 20....
My point being if he can be hurt he can eventually be incapacitated, then we have an actual battle.
The same goes for Cell.
