1. You didnt have rich business men from other rich countries selling them weapons making it worse.

3. America does not have to deal with Economics that is unfair to them.

Im sick of tired of people saying stuff that we should help Africans because its a nice things to do. Europes is partially responsible for ****ing up Africa and therefore has some responsibility in making it better.

No, I don't think they're stupid as a whole. Problem is corruption and their dirty/greedy leaders. It also seems like they're prone to violence (genocides, hacking off arms etc.); I think this is a cultural thing though.

African countries need to take the first steps, they need to stop hacking each other apart and they need to rise up and dispose of their corrupt leaders. The West won't really do a thing until Africa shows the world it can and wants to stabilize itself.

Did you register the part where oddly enough it was still Europe that did the advancing, while Africa decided not to? We have no responsibility to give you anything. If people want to give they can, just, the reason is your personal moral decision, that's it.

Also, though I agree with Bardock having a point, I do not think Africans are stupid. Not any more than Europeans and Americans at least....sometimes it seems likely to me that less anyways ... ermm

If it wasnt for the Islamic civilization which Africa was a major part of Europe would have not been able to colonise us in the first place.....because there are loads of Islamic inventions and principles which the Europeans took which if they hadnt would not have been advanced.

I didnt say this post. Yes they need to make the first steps but what America and Europe are doing arent makint it easier are they? Yes and Bardock does seem to be implying that Africans are stupid because he implied that Europeans built up Africa and made life better for us.

The major reason Europeans advanced leaps and bounds over other civilizations, which allowed them the technological edge to conquer was geography. Islam didn't come into paly until about the 7th century, Europeons were well on their way before then. Sure Europeons intergrated (and improved in many cases) others technology, but that isn't the sole reason, as you make it out to be.
