Henshaw doesn't share Superman's weakness to red sun, kryptonite, or even absorption. He's surpassed him in all 3 of those aspects.Henshaw isn't weak to red sun.
Henshaw can absorb energy himself.
Even when he was weak to kryptonite (Reign of the supermen) it took such massive amounts that it was deadly to anyone, not simply kryptonians.Since then Henshaw has shown superior matter manip to SS (toys to kryptonian brain/body/DNA in stone/etc) in complexity, but SS does have Henshaw in scale (at least from what I've seen of both.)
Henshaw also never tires and can go on indefinitely.
Tech has been a bane to SS far too many times. It's simply been shown to be resistant and be able to absorb his power cosmic if advanced enough.
All the recent retcons in krytponian tech also makes Henshaw a far more dangerous opponent than even before.

Sorry for the lateness. But its funny to compare any Superman vs the Silver Sufer. Dont matter if its Superman, Cyborg supes, Superboy dont matter. Their power lvls r to low for him. Sufer beats them in speed strength n powers. There r much more powers that Sufer can do. There r alot of times where Sufer takes it easy on ppl till he gets mad n needs to use more force. Sufer isnt one to go all out n go for the kill, if that was the case to many would b dead lol.

Henshaw could probably win under serious PIS, but I think Surfer outclasses him enough to simply overpower him first in an arena fight.
Hell, Superman knocked out his biological half in "Trial of Superman" by constantly hitting him at super speed, not giving him time to focus his abilities.
The Silver Surfer can endow himself with Class 100 strength, enabling him to lift (press) over 1000 tons. He possesses the Power Cosmic which he can use to generate powerful force blasts or to rearrange molecules. The Surfer travels on a "surfboard" which responds to his mental commands and is as indestructible as he is. He has a Cosmic Awareness which allows him to feel energy around him. He would travel at speeds beyond that of light. I know there is more to his power. I know that Doomsday was able to kill superman with just his first, so I know sufer could do the same. On the crossover Im pretty sure Ive seen Cyborg beat down by the sufer after saving an alien from being killed by the Cyborg. At the end Cyborg is beat down on surfers board as sufer looks down at him. Was trying to find the pic on the internet to show u guys but its hard to look for comic crips on here. If I find it Ill post it.
