And I answer it already. Like I said, infinite loop.

😉

What was your answer huh Digi. You can not delay a Paradox either it is happening or it isn't

So then in order for this particular instance the Paradox is based on Failure so then we must determine the point at which Omnipotence would fail.

So when is that Digi quit stalling?

I don't think we truly understand what it means to have Omnipotence. I think we all talk of winning and losing/failing and succeeding (the rock paradox), they are just concepts created by human logic (if we don't win, we fail). But couldn't a truly omnipotent being (who can do anything 2+2=onions, count to infinity, turn facts into lies) erase these concepts of winning and losing all together? Or better yet, will it so it wins no matter what? (I dont know how this can happen and im not even going to think about it but if a being is truly Omnipotent, they can do anything they will right?)

I don't believe human logic can began to understand true omnipotence even a little. I mean look what we did, we created this word, this god, this being and said he/she/it can do anything, yet because we don't understand what we created in this being, we will put limits on it (rock paradox) so that this being can A)fail yet succeed B)succeed yet fail.

Hell, even that could be wrong, I dont know what it feels like being able to do anything I will. I mean think about this, what if this being/concpet/he/she/it didnt want to be omnipotent anymore, could this being earse its memory, its power, so it could live as lets say, a normal human and TRULY forget everything it used to be?

Which is what I said on page one, essentially. It's a post-human understanding of reality, so anything we say or think about the matter is instantly invalidated. We can't talk with any certainty, or even probable validity, about omnipotence.

...

And I already we're done nj, because I answered your question only to be faced with the same one again. If you're really that interested, go read the last few pages or so.

So your answer is that it is an infinite loop?

That makes no sense since an Infinite Loop implies that the exact same thing happens every time.

The problem is that the Being is not lifting the same Rock every time but more to the point is that is my point.

It isn't an Infinite Loop it is Infinitely Linear and you as a teacher would know that when Infinity is the only answer the question is unanswerable as Infinity can not be determined into a Limit.

So how can the Paradox of the Rock exist if the question it poses can not be answered? 😬

well since we have comic books to rely on for far fetched metaphysics we have lots of examples to draw from. if u have omnipotence then what about telekinesis, or decreasing the mass and density of said bigger than the universe ass rock. sorry if any one posted this idea b4 i didnt bother to read all nine pages
