Might as well cite Thor getting KOed by an alien dropping a block on his head.
3. Just using recent issues, Darkseid has twice physically owned Superman, knocked him into The Source Wall. manhandled Orion, imprisoned a large team that included top tiers with ease, manhandled Etrigan, shrugged off a blast from Black Mary, oneshotted Orion and Firestorm in quick succession, and ignored Supergirl's attack like she wasn't even there.

1. I was emphasizing his impressive feats because the other poster only brought up his losses to Superman (one of which involved help and a powerup).
2. I acknowledged the Batman thing, but it's so ridiculous that it falls into the category of The Hulk being choked out by a snake for me. Batman's kick not only made Darkseid bleed like Superman's blitz, but unlike Superman's attack it also made him yell out verbally. It's hard to take seriously a comic where the effect of Batman's kick is emphasized more than the effect of Superman's speedblitz.
Thor is on par with Superman and Orion both physically and in overall power. Darkseid has dominated both of them several times. Thor could occasionally upset Darkseid (like Superman's one straight win against him), but normally a fight between them would go like the majority of Superman and Orion's encounters with DS.
Anyway, this is distracting from the real topic. Why not make a new thread dedicated to Thor vs. Darkseid?

owning an entire squad of DS hand to hand
using speed and skill enough to best an amped batman in battle
The scans aren't working where DS fights orion using martial arts, superspeed and agility. Thor can't compete with DS hand to hand period.
