Origins isn't a good guide line for Wolverine's healing factor/durability though. Nuke punched Wolverine once and he was staggering around holding his face and he laid him out by smacking him with the butt his his gun. Granted we don't know how strong upgraded Nuke is but Wolverine has gotten into slug fests with Roughhouse with better results... and Nuke is no Roughhouse.
bringing up nuke is somewhat humorous though... I mean nuke has a top running speed of 700 MPH and wolvie EASILY chopped his legs off... lol.
I can see how logan's forarms could get damaged by cap.. but again how can cap grab them if the claws are sheathed without the claws cutting through logans forarms and eventually caps fingers? 😕 lol
well anywho.. cap may have been able to crush them but they stay crushed for what 10 seconds before being reformed and that's if it's a CALM wolvie...
that being said there's 2 sides to every coin.. hulk's grabbed logan at the wrist before.. it didn't crush anything..

in flight? I'm positive that he is.. but is he faster than a bullet? or a rocket? if so by how much? cause wolverine's been seen batting these out of the sky and hopping on roackets for rides as they shoot past him...
listen all I'm doing is trying to show this speedblitzing strategy for what it really is... an AWFUL strategic idea... it's as likely to get namor scewered as it is to land him a successful strike... if he barrels into wolvie full speed he runs the risk of straight up getting impaled... and while he may have super reflexes.. so what? it hasn't helped him avoid being hit by wolvie before and it would help even less here... he's better off playing the distance game and just squashing logan with stuff.. or sucking him up into a whirlwind, or blasting him endlessly with eletric currents... any situation where he has to go in h2h with wolverine however (whether he's speedblitzing or not) is a bad situation for him to be in...
logan's claws were unsheathed, and as he tried to pop them with his broken tendons, he only caused himself enough pain to scream out and shake for a short period. "you...crushed the tendons in my forearms... claws won't...won't work... pretty damn smart, steve..."
his claws wouldn't pop for the duration of the fight, which at least hit the two minute mark. healing schmealing.

then it's a contradictive feat to the majority of feats he has.. it's clearly overshadowed by superior feats which are in a heavy majority and serves as little more than a plot device.
