the current wolverine would pawn namor.

Jinzin has a point. Believability is subjective.

believably?

so even if i go around finding a plethora of examples for you, they're not gonna count if you don't think they're believable? pfffft...

nice way to avoid my question though. 😉

I don't know Namor well. 😬

Depends on the example. Do you think Wolverine stabbing Northstar is believable?

it's completely believable... I mean.. did you see how it happened?

Of course. But there tends to be general consensus on some things e.g.

Yes it was highly circumstantial. Perhaps I'm using the wrong word. "Non-circumstantial" may be better then.

it's true enough that consensus' do exist on particular matters... but in this particular case darkcrawler has been throwing everything he's got at this thread.. it only stands to reason that the same should apply for wolverine as well. 😕

so then it doesn't matter if it's believable or not now?

cause.. he's caught hold of ogun who's a level 7 in the speed dept. 😕

Consensus doesn't dictate truth.

It doesn't preclude it either.

Objective truth is indeed independant of opinion. Which is why you should refrain from future affirmations to the invalid sentiment that something is true simply because its popular.

in the most recent issue of wolverine: origins, captain america snapped the tendons in wolverine's wrists simply by crushing them in his own hands. wolverine admitted that, with the tendons snapped, he couldn't use his claws. imagine what namor could do, being faster and stronger. just saying.

Oh Creshosk... 😍... the verbal joust is such a gentleman's game.

Jinz, what I'm after is something to indicate he could tag a speedster. I've seen the thing where he cuts off Storm's cape as she flies past... but I don't see her as supersonic for the most part. So something along those lines but for a genuine speedster without it being circumstantial i.e. Northstar.

how about speedemon, or quicksilver? he's tagged both of them.

were his claws retracted when that happened?
