PSP?

lmfao. Neg.

The PSP would be better if they actually released some decent games for it, but pretty much all anyone buys it for is because it's so easy to emulate stuff on it...

I wan never a big fan of handheld gaming, but I actually might consider buying a DS since I recently borrowed my buddie's DS and played on it for a few hours.

It's amazing how the same people that constantly rag on the PSP are the only ones talking crap about it. Not surprising, though. PSP kicks the DS's ass and has better games, though has less games than the DS overall. Guess what, I own a DS and only played a PSP before. That one time I played it was more fun than any time I've played my Lite.

LOL! PSP has better games then the DS? That's really a laughable statement.

It isn't. It's mostly based on preference. We could argue scores though I'm talking mainly of preference, so let's just agree to disagree. One may think Mario Kart on the DS is better than Dark Resurrection on the PSP and vice versa, but I'm not about to get into a ridiculous argument about that.

Well, there's always the fact that while the PSP system sells pretty well, the games themselves do not. That right there is a big clue.

Game sales, professional reviews, and general opinion all say different. The DS is hands down the best current-gen system, with over 50 million units sold (about double that of the PSP).

Was still my opinion that it's better, as I've enjoyed it considerably more and have played both, although more of DS.

For every "good" PSP game you can name I can name 5 great DS games.

That's great here's a cookie.

PSP has been going nuts in Japan. Sold like 500k units in two weeks.

PSP is finally looking like it's found its stride. Some awesome looking games coming out for it this year and next year. I want to buy it just so that I can play the amazing Final Fantasy: Tactics again.

Though the DS is so far ahead that the PSP probably won't have a chance. Still, the PSP is in the best position it's ever been in, thus far.

That's good news.

I've heard of a PSP Lite, is there really?

That's not saying much considering after two years it is still hard to find a DS in the stores.

Sort of. The PSP Slim is called the Slim and Lite over in the PAL regions.

I don't agree with that. My friend works in Game, and they are constantly upping their order of PSP's while the DS's are falling off the shelf. I guess it depends where you're from, but in England, PSP's popularity is currently skyrocketing.

To be honest i don't like hand held console's, i feel all cramped up if i play for more than 30 minutes, plus i alsways have a lighting problem meh, i guess they just aren't for me.

Sony likes to slim things up. 313

Wonder if there'll be a "slim" PS3 in the future, of gaming. 131

Err, no, not really.

Probably will be hard to find again in the next couple months due to Christmas, but right now it's easy.

Of course, the DSs sell constantly while the PSPs tend to collect dust...
