YEs how is bombarding a person's brain with electromagnetic energy like bombarding a person's brain with electromagnetic energy?

How can you possibly compare the two?

I mean one is electromagnetic energy shot into a person's brain.. and the other? Its shooting electromagnetic energy into the person's brain...

Yeah I don't see how the two things that are exactly the same sans the source can possibly be compared...

Hey Cresh, do you agree with me on the decipherment of that issue in the PM?

I value your thoughts, I'm interested.

We don't have to continue it here, just wanna know if you did or not.

It's actually been shown and established through various testing processes, that an individual whom has had numerous MRI's over a relatively short period of time, does have an elevated risk for Subarachnoid hemorrhage, which accounts for 5 to 10% of CVA (stroke) related incidents.

In fact,

The extreme side of these studies showed these individuals developing increased ICP (Intracranial pressure) over a given period of time.... This is a sign which is indicative of cerebral hemorrhage (a bleed into the substance of the cerebrum).

Just some gee-whiz info for anyone else in the medical field. 😉

You are mentioning that's with the inclusion of the contrast right?

Hyperstorm is the most powerful character in the comic book universe. He stopped Living Tribunal, Holy Spawn, Man of Miracles, Superman, Raiden, the Elder Gods(Mortal Kombat), Thanos(with heart of the universe), SS4 Gogeta (yes even anime/manga was involved), the In-Betweener,the Beyonder, Magus, the One Above All (THE WRITER OF THE COMIC), and all other warriors good and bad in the comic multiverse singlehandedly.

OMG. 😱 😂 that's just the funniest shit i've ever read from wiki!!! 😆 it reminded me of myself when i was just 7 yrs old and i was making up my own hero, who should of course more powerful than anybody else, and so i just dumped all the powers of all the pre existing fictional characters i could think of. 😂

My point it that saying an being struck with a beam of EM that was visible traveling though the air is the same as an MRI is like saying that getting punched in the face is like being hit by a truck.

Right... because it's not a sham distinction to say that one type of energy is actually two different types. 🙄

EM radition covers a huge area though. It's often split up into various types 🙂

Also, what does that have to do with what I said?

He sais it was an EMP. It wasn't radio waves, it wasn't photonic energy(visible light spectrum), it wasn't X-rays or gama rays... It was just an EMP which means the same type of energy found in MRIs.

Hate it all you want it doesn't make MRI's dangerous.

in no particular order..
Apocalypse
Jean Grey
Rachel Grey
Cable
Synch

My computer's a bit wonky so all I did was look at the thumbnail and note the bolt of energy skewering her head.

I didn't say MRIs were dangerous I said lances of energy were dangerous.

Considering the number of Mutants that can alter reality I would have to disagree.

(From the Official Marvel Universe Handbook 2005)

"Jean Grey was KILLED by an Electromagnetic Pulse,

[B]this SHATTERED the FORCE into Billions of PIECES"

..................................................................................

On Panel verification:

Xorn, KILLING Jean Grey (Phoenix) with an Electromagnetic Pulse

Beast remembers:
