What has JeanGrey ever done to make her seem more powerful than Jaspers?
Casually warping Earth-616's entire future timeline, and then proceeding to re-create the universe atom by atom in the palm of her hand through telekinesis.
Jean Grey > MJJ, by a good margin.

1. Jean Grey by far.
I'm sure you have, I dunno, two or three ridiculous metaphysical "feats" that you'll expand on and get as much mileage out of as humanly possible, but how do you rationalize away the other 99.999% of the time when she's quite plainly not all that high on the power scale?

Phoenix is tied with them? Hyperstorm couldnt even beat Galactus

A very nice feat to be sure, but how exactly is it supposed to compare to Jean telekinetically re-creating her universe atom by atom whilst holding it in the palm of her hand, just after warping its entire future timeline? Just let Jaspers become that universe, and Jean would casually destroy it with a thought, and re-animate Jaspers into a Sun, and then proceed to eat it.

Quite frankly, because I'm not dealing with the "99.999%." I'm dealing with Jean at her peak, which is the White Crown Phoenix.

Wasn't that the PhoenixForce's power rather than Jean's?
Jean is the Phoenix Force. They are the same entity. The Phoenix Force power and potential is Jean's power and potential. Their relationship is made quite clear in Phoenix: Endsong, where Jean telekinetically blasts Emma + Phoenix back, rips the Phoenix Force out of her, and reveals that they are in fact one in the same. It's made pretty clear that Jean = the Phoenix Force. Throughout the comics, the Phoenix Force had been longing for Scott, and it's revealed that that longing belonged to Jean. The Phoenix force is simply Jean's full unrestrained power unleashed, and Jean's de-powered self is due to psychic restraints that Xavier put on her as a child (that's right, the Movies at least got something right there).

As impressive as you are trying to make it seem? Nah.
I simply stated it as it is. You make it sound like I added my own personal interpretation.

I honestly have no clue what you think you're supposed to have proven with that scan. All I have to say to you, Sir, is: Say no to drugs.

Jean Grey is the physical embodiment of the Phoenix Force. There are more physical embodiments of the Phoenix Force, it's avatars, but Jean being the major, top and most powerful, White Phoenix of the Crown.
MJJ became Universe, but WPOTC controlled it, so greater feat for WPOTC.
But if we take their top feat, MJJ feat is greater than any Phoenix feat.
But, if they would both face each other and battle in probably titanic, potentially Omniversal battle, I think WPOTC should win.

No, they're actually one in the same.
Phoenix Force = full power unleashed. Jean Grey = de-powered due to psychic restraints. Jean's more than simply just an avatar.

Exactly. Jean's feat is logically far, far greater.

Which feat would that be exactly?

She definitely should, and I personally don't think it would be that close a battle.

Look, Phoenix Force is a cosmic entity older than the Universe, Jean Grey is not. Jean Grey the ultimate mutation is to become one with the Phoenix Force. That is her full powers, true, to become one with the Phoenix Force. The physical embodiment of the Phoenix Force itself.
But there are more potentially host to Phoenix Force, but Jean Grey being the top one.

Anyway, I don't know, if that should count as a feat, but he was Omniversal power that Merlin knew he would be match for.
But that is not a feat, when I think about it. MJJ feat is that he became a Universe, and that is not comparable to what WPOTC was doing.
Anyway, I think WPOTC should win this.

Nope, Jean Grey is simply the Phoenix Force reborn in human form, as the ultimate mutation. They are one in the same.
Then why was she able to be without Phoenix Force all the time?
Goof writing in that past?
I know Endsong, but if she is what she is, why are then others physical embodiments and also Kid Omega was mentioned in Endsong to be the host of the Phoenix Force?
