As I see it, SIlver Surfer doesn't have the needed raw might to completely Pwn Superman. That kind of might would have to come from a GL. someone's power is tied to an unlimited source of power amping. The Surfer doesn't have that kind of Unlimited Amping. Superman has beating foes who are tuffer than Surfer before. I see no reason why He can't vibrate his hand thru Surfer's Head. Surfer can win via MOlecular or Energy control Options that weaken Clark then pummel superman. Which Take some time. For this reason I'm going with 50% win for each. As I think about it, Superman takes the Omega Blast all the time. WHich are Superior to Surfer's Power Cosmic. As a matter of fact, the only time I really have seen someone with Energy powers actually threaten to outright be able to kill supers was someone who was like Magneto, Superman, and Lightning Lad all in one. Magically Amped by a 5th dimensional Genie.
Surfer has the advantage on Travel Speed, Versatility, Range,

Doesn't have the raw might? The Silver Surfer wields "the power cosmic", absorbing and manipulating the universe's ambient cosmic energies. There isn't a power source aside from magic that's even touching the pc.
Surfer not being tied to an unlimited power source would be the case only if you ignore the last 40 years of Marvel cosmic continuity.
And surfer has defeated foes more powerful than Superman, using this logic we'll be going back and forth for ages.
This single and only reason Superman is able to take the omega effect is due to his being tied to the source. You know this, I know this.

In case you ignored it, I was referring to a list of people who have physically roughed up Surfer, as in with strength, punches and physical blows. The list I made for Superman was just such a list. Of your list, Doctor Doom was the only one that beat Surfer and he didn't even do it physically. Perhaps you'd like to elucidate these instances where Storm slapped Surfer with a punch or Iron Man kicked Surfer in the head and Surfer was physically shaken or roughed up? Quite honestly, I'm pretty sure you just misunderstood what I was saying the entire time and missed the point. Sorry to be snide, but I'm not surprised.Please list an instance where bio-energy didn't treat Surfer well.
