If Eternity called Dormy multiversal after Dormamu played a mindtrick on Surfer where he was locked into a whole bunch of realities that were taken from his mind, and Surfer was flying around the universe, fighting nobody at ftl and crashing into planets and stars, and even Firelord worried wtf was going on, i'd doubt he was multiversal, even if Eternity said otherwise.
And i never said Dominus wasn't extremely powerful. He was.
He just didn't come across as powerful in the way you imply.
All i'm saying Avy, is that everything in the arc pointed to it being all in his head.

I took it literally.
Two supermen from two different times, and universes were fighting and tearing apart the world they fought on.
The blinking in and out of each others past was just icing on the cake that reinforced my belief.
I just looked at it the way i always look at scifi epics where alternate realities/future stuff is in the works.

Yeah I said it. You need to be Above The Top Tier to pwn Superman. EVen then, THings get iffy. Cuz Superman Manages to beat boomtubed DS, Despero, even stalemating Asmodel. He gets on my nerves.

Again I'll say Darkseid has previously been written as a near-unbeatable and omnipotent foe, however his recent characterizations have shown him to be somewhat powered down as a result of the more personal enmity his animated version has for Superman. Basically, as of late he's been portrayed more or less in a similar tier to Superman.
I also know of Grant Morrison's Mister Miracle miniseries, where it was revealed that Darkseid finally discovered the Anti-Life Equation, which he then used to destroy the Fourth World. I wouldn't exactly call the ALE DS own power.

DS hasn't discovered the ALE. it was part of DS own power. I guess I know you didn't read that.

Wrong. The ale has never been DS own power. The Anti-Life Equation is the equation that Darkseid is lusting for in the Jack Kirby's Fourth World setting. It is for this reason that he sends his forces to Earth, as he believes part of the equation exists in the human subconscious. Various comics have defined the equation in different ways, but a common interpretation seems to be that the equation is a mathematical proof of the futility of living.
