Superman vs Silver surfer

What if these two didn't hesitate to use their full powers from the get go and went for the kill? Who would take it then?

Known Powers: Superman's cellular structure is more dense, resiliant and biologically more effective than human tissue. Strangely enough, he does not seem to possess superhuman strength levels despite his enhanced cellular ability. Without constant exposure to solar energy, his strength seems on par for a human of his height and weight. He does possess several organs whose functions are not yet disclosed or understood but are believed to be part of and perhaps even the source of his biomatrix force field and reclaimation aura. Superman has manifested a wide range of metahuman abilities and from our studies is considered to be one of the most powerful metahumans on Earth at the present time. The catalog of powers he possesses is vast. He can defy gravity, move at superhuman speeds, has an incredible reaction time and superhuman reflexes to match, lift incredible weights, is almost invulnerable to conventional injury, possesses superhuman sensory and powerful energy projection capabilities. Superman's body also stores energy actively within his bio-cellular matrix as an energy pattern that is linked to his body's electromagnetic field. This energy powers most of Superman's electromagnetic capabilities such as flight, telekinesis, and heat vision. It also supplements his physical strength by a factor of 12,000 times or so

i dont see ur point...Ill remind u that density is mass/volume...Superman has about the same volume as Terrax, yet less than a tenth his mass, making terrax more than ten times as dense as superman...its not up for debate, thats a fact, regardless of all the fanboy opinions. Superman isnt very dense...

I was just saying he is more dense than a human.

Sorry I have to be the one to tell you this, but Surfer isn't really human.

Read em and weep. Electromagnetic capabilities. Surfer basically has free reign over them, as Supes couldn't do anything to stop him (that not being one of his powers). Stop arguing that Superman is only slightly slower than Surfer, its a difference of about 10 times. Radiation (even the kryptonite variety) falls into the electromagnetic category. Since Surfer controls said energy, it is simple logic that says he could tune the power cosmic to kryptonite's signature and blast away.

Now supposedly Surer can drain any form of energy. Well why didnt he use this power against the likes of Thanos or even a lower foe in Morg.

Any single GL would get murdered by Surfer. Ring projection=solid light. Hey, guess what Surfer does with light... Plus they all of them (at least the humans, though the best ones are human) think and react at normal human speed. Surfer is way too fast and powerful for a GL.

Cosmic energy, its still energy just a matter of who can do it first.

Thanos and Morg have cosmic power, like Surfer. Surfer absorbs electromagnetic energy (light, x rays, gamma rays and the like) Most radiation is a type of electromagnetic waves, so surfer absorbs it.

Is Surfer is so powerful how has he lost to Doom?
