Saying Surfer Win's 10/10 is rediculous. really. Just going by feats, Superman's victories over beings that would dominate Surfer say that it's impossible for surfer to win 10/10.

Thor and surfers versatility is about even, superman is quite fast but he isnt as close to giving surfer a fight like thor would. Thor can almost match power with surfer but unlike supes, supes only way of fighting surfer is one dimensional. Thats why I give thor a majority over superman almost everytime because he is just to da** powerful.

and what on earth makes you think X-rays can penetrate beyond Surfer's glaze? it's very purpose was to shield Norrin' from all the cosmic radiation and head.
also, it may have escaped your notice but, Surfer's no longer "human", he's been sliced to bits and reformed. Superman doesn't have a hope in hell with that 'tactic'.
furthermore, Surfer can simply be intangible (if he chose to humour Superman by allowing Superman to plod along and attempt all that).

Surfer isn't too damned powerful for Superman. that is a load of bull. He may be more versatile but, the powerset superman has, seems to be limitless in it's applications. And when it comes to destructive ability, I'd say Superman is about as destructive as surfer is in his applications of his power. All while still the physical superior of surfer.

And Sueprman has never been intangible himself or found a way to hit intangible objects? And while you think Superman would just stand there and let surfer scan him with his cosmic senses but Surfer wouldn't give Superman the same courtesy is beyond me.
