Doom's not going to destroy the planet, however, he would destroy Reed.
Hell, when he got Beyonder's powers, his scope, and scale never went past Battleworld.
Mag's scope will obviously be higher, but that doesn't mean he'll be above him.
Doom will f*ck with anyone who gets in his way though.

Doom has stalemated Thor on more than one occasion. One shotted Iron Man. Held Magus down with raw power. Took out Kang. One shotted Ghost Rider. Hurt Mephisto. One shotted teh Panther de Black! One shotted Adam Warlock... twice. Took out Namor while weak. Etc.
His raw power is up there, it's just that everyone on the forum thinks he needs prep to accomplish anything.

Mags is still A+ when it comes to villainy though. In terms of accomplishes, depth of character, power level, intelligence, etc. He deserves to be there. I believe the vote was 2 for, 0 against so far.
And I'm not disputing Doom's power level. I still think he's up to par with Magneto in that regard, but just slightly below.
