Not at all. And if you read the fight, you'd see this.

I really don't see how people give Hulk the win in that fight.

I dont know what you are seeing that Im not. He punched him, stomped on Hulk's head, and headrammed him. Hulk was fine. Hulk told him that nobody listens and that what happened in the past was dead, and he didnt have all day and dismissed him.

SO praytell, what is inside of his chest? A vacuum? Peanut butter? Since he has no "wind to knock out", I'm curious what he does with that huge empty cavity that resides under his rib cage.

Nothing,he talked while having no lungs or anything else but a skeleton.

So we agree, Hulk didnt stop Juggernaut, all is well then.

I never said he stopped Juggernaut. I said he stopped his forward momentum. The only time he stopped Juggernaut was as War Hulk.

I am not trying to be a mod here but the insults arent needed. Thats all most of your posts consist of anyways.

Just simple nothingness? Even other people backing up Juggernaut don't agree with you there.

I dont care what they agree with they are wrong,he doesnt breathe, and he didnt have anything but a skeleton yet still talked, your forgetting juggernauts powers are all magic and they allow him to do that.

He Redirected it; for a moment, and then started to get pushed back again.

Be we pretty much agree.

Who would that be?

I never have disputed that Juggernaut gained his power from magic, and I have seen the scans of him as a skeleton being consumed by hate allowing him to continue onwards. What I am questioning about what you said, and only you said, is that there is pure nothingness inside of Juggernaut's chest.

I have never heard anybody on any comic board say that before, so I am wondering, how can you back up what you're telling me? Even the people that say Juggernaut would wind this fight agree with me that his chest is filled with air.

Kutulu, point out where the writer said Hulk was pushing down at a 90 degree angle, and not 45 degrees or 23 degrees. Because those two angles are downward in this instance.

I'll use your plane example for this.

Have you ever been on a plane about to reach your destination, then the Captain makes this announcement:

"All right Ladies and Gentlemen, please buckle your seat belts as we are about to make our downward decent into [destination]."

B.A for one. Your answer was simply that you don't know, which is a distinct difference from pure nothingness.

Why would someone who doesnt breathe have air in their lungs,he was only a skeleton and talked there is nothing proving he has air in his lungs.

This thread is out of control.

vlaaad, it never says he doesn't breathe. It says he doesn't NEED to breathe. So his body doesn't need air to continue to function. He is still human.

After digging around, I found the scan in question. As you can see neither one is moving:

I did some more digging around and found an post by the writer, Christos Gage:

The other post I found about it (credit goes to Ptr_Grifin)

My pleasure! I never said Hulk stopped Juggernaut. He momentarily was able to direct the force of his charge downward, where it threatened to collapse the X-Mansion's sub-basement, so Professor X asked Juggernaut to stop.

Best,

Okay, that still doesn't say he was pushed downward at a 90 Degree angle. He could have been pushed down at a 15 degree angle and still had his momentum redirected downward. So you're still wrong, he was still moving forward, just not at the same angle.

Hmm I suppose you have a point in that it may have not been precisely 90 degrees, but the fact remains that they both were standing there not moving, and the force was being directed downwards.

Now we know that Juggernaut has a potentially endless amount of momentum that he can use, so the writer seemed to indicate that it was continuing to build.

But the scan itself shows that neither one is moving. I don't want to argue this in depth as it's already been argued ad naseum 30+ pages on another forum, but neither one is moving when you look at the scan.

Well they grappled at a stand still after trading blows, then Juggernaut started to push Hulk backward, while Hulk was pushing down on him.

The scan does show movement.

I don't know how I got caught up into arguing about the movement thing. Like I said, the writer left it ambiguous on purpose. So we could literally sit here all day and discuss it. I have seen good arguments on both sides of the coin, and it's been discussed ad nauseum over at CBR for 29 pages, not to mention other hero forums as well. You literally can take it that the several inches showing could mean that either they are from the Hulk pushing Juggernaut who is standing in place in order to project his momentum downwards, or equally judge that it's Juggernaut moving Hulk back a couple inches.

Given that both sides can be argued with as much plausibility, I will just say that we agree to disagree on this point of contention, and I will give credit that you replied with the most intelligent response of this thread on the subject.
