can we just say that even if Juggs did win this pushing contest that does not give him the victory in a fight. What it is showing is that Hulk can achieve almost the impossible in virtually stopping juggs in his tracks

You missed my point.
Juggernaut has only ever really been focused in a battle a couple times.
Usually, he has no focus, nothing really at stake, and is just fighting to fight.
He also isn't scared of much, and doesn't seem to be too connected to anybody.
If all of these things ever changed, a crazy, enraged or focused Juggernaut would be more dangerous than the character he is now.
Imagine Hulk, but without the temper problem, craziness or chip on his shoulder.
Get rid of the reasons that Hulk keeps going bonkers, and he is just a big strong guy that CAN be dangerous sometimes.
