He actually doesn't. He will get pwned by the authority which is the law. But for this thread, We both would have the full resources on our side. Which means, Both characters will have access to thier full ability.

Let me get you to see it from this angle. If they were never moved down, due to them never being above the LT, via retcon, then exactly how do they beat him? We are talking about the LT who has never experienced being below them. Not the guy in the story, but the one who has NEVER been below either. You realize that The LT accordin to continuity was never below them. So explain how they beat him when the LT in discussion has never been below them.
