The lightsaber spins through the air, twirling toward one side of the stairwell. The first turret is destroyed as the lightsaber cuts through its main barrel. The lightsaber, as you direct it, then changes targets and twirls over to the second turret. The blue blade sinks into the turret, also destroying it. Nicely done.

Trax sends a volley up the stairs, blasting down a pair of pirates before they can strike.

A disintegrating beam from Hoondan's rifle reduces a pirate to ash.

Prassk blazes away with twinned pistols, but only manages a single kill.

The pirates and the slaves exchange shots... but the pirates win the iniative roll! They fire their carbines from behind cover, killing nine slaves and injuring three. The slaves respond in kind... and promptly wipe out the pirates.

"I will try to get the laser wall down," Trax says. "But you can't stay here. Press on, Xavier. Give the pirates something to think about and take attention off of us."

"Very well friend, let's keep moving"

With that Xavier begins to dash up the stairs.

"Maybe you should go ahead," Prassk suggests. "You've got your powers for speed, you can get there first. We don't want to lead this bunch into an ambush..."

"Very good Prassk,"

With that Xavier uses Blur to get up the stairs as quickly as possible.

The slaves advance halfway up the stairwell, but you speed ahead and reach the top of the stairs in six frames, then head into the cargo area.

The cargo area is where the pirates temporarily store crates from their recent hauls for inspection, until they can be carted off to the armory-vault or jettisoned as useless junk. The pirates have fortified themselves behind piles of crates. Four turrets pop out of the walls.

Currently, the Taskmaster gestures to you with his pistol and orders your death...

...but it is your time to act before the pirates and turrets all open fire and annihilate you...

Xavier will once again use Master Saber Throw to destroy all of the turrets.

Use Dodge for defense. Specifically Xavier is dodging towards teh stairs to give him some cover from the pirates.

Dodge only gives you defense against a single attack.

In addition, my hint seems to have been missed.

So is there some kind of explosive crate I can use, or is there like a crane or something I can use to drop stuff on hte pirate's heads?

There are too many. Any attack you make against them would only make a small dent in their numbers, but by yourself it is very likely you might get blown to pieces. Jedi are powerful, but not army-killers.

Are there any crates I can hide behind or can I head back down the stairs for cover.

A retreat might be in order, this time. Heading back down the stairs and out of the line of fire is definitely possible.

Then Xavier will duck back down towards the stairs.

He looks back at his men, "Yup it was an ambush"

Just as you duck back down the stairway, a torrent of laserfire streams after you. Sparks shower down on you as lasers strike the ceiling above and the steps behind you.

"How do we approach this?" Hoondan asks.

"We are bottled up here and they have cover, if we run in then we will be gunned down quickly. What we need is a way to either block their fire, or we need a way to attack from a different direction. Considering we are outnumbered it would probably be best to attack from another direction. Do you guys know of anyway to do so?"

Other than reaching cover as quickly as possible, Prassk and Hoondan have no answers. Hoondan reminds you that the stairwell is blocked off at the bottom due to the laser wall and there are no alternative routes on the stairs.

Xavier will ask Trax if there is any route he could lead the men that would hit the pirates from the side.

"Only the lifts," Trax says, as he plays about with wires on the wall. "But I'll need to get this trap shut off if you want to use them. Not a chance of anything but a straight charge, otherwise."

The pirates have not descended the stairs, though blaster fire spills into your area every few seconds as they attempt to blindly hit anything.

Is there anyway for Xavier to help Trax hurry up on his task.
