Don't know why though. I gave Superman the majority.

I do it sometimes just for fun.

When it comes to Wonder Woman and Superman, this is a serious debate. There's no room for fun. 😠

It ends in sex.

superman

Due to the lasso's ineffectiveness on him, I'd argue Superman gets an even higher majority on Wonder Woman than pre-boot.

But then again, that sword of hers gets used a lot, so yeah. Roughly the same.

Superman wins.

Superman 6/10.

That's been going on for quite a while now.

Superman 6/10 or split.

I can't believe we're agreeing on this. I'm inclined to edge the numbers more in Clark's favor depending on the fight stipulations.

I may be alone in thinking this, but aside from the lasso (which has been seemingly nerfed in the reboot), I think it would be very difficult for Diana to K.O. Clark or restrain him long enough for a win. With his damage soak, speed and plethora of powers, it is a difficult task for anyone. Sure I can envision scenarios where she could do it, but not for a majority if Clark is fighting at the top of his game. And this is in no way a slight against Diana because even after having said that, I still think she's one of the few people who could accomplish even that.

That being said, I DO think she could grievously injure him thanks to her weaponry and combat skills. Obviously he could also do the same to her, but I think because of the weapons his superior durability is not as much of an issue as far as her finding a way to win. The problem is when would she ever resort to such things? Almost never.

If Superman employs his freeze breath then she can't win.
If he doesn't and she is on her A game then she can win, especially with a stun and lasso maneuver.

Completely reasonable answer.

I searched for this thread and didn't find anything that pitted them against each other in a one on one match.

He wasn't using his super hearing at all. Superman has feats of hearing heartbeats from miles away and every voice on Earth while in space. There is no way Diana can sneak up on him unless she has no heartbeat.

So you are ignoring on panel evidence again when it CLEARLY tell us he is using that power.? Stop H1.

lol, yeah

No matter what you think of how well it was written, you can't deny the power literally being used

Yeah, it was horrible writing. Rucka himself wrote Superman listening Lois getting shot from the other side of the world.
