😂

I mean every post where you replied to somebody in a debate. You use your stupid little smiley's and act like you know it all.

i think the main problem here is that everybody is taking their material too literally. Both sides have vaild points but should not take them as law. There has been some obvious hyperbole in both the definitions and the on panal showings so try to take the other side with a grain of salt. The omnivers phrase covers too large of a scope and has been depicted on too small of a scale to justifiy it's literal definition

...kinda makes my point. Maybe it's him not acting great toward you, but this response is the kind of veiled attack that gets you on people's bad lists. Ignore them rather than trying to act like you're completely innocent, and you'll be much better off in the long run. And I say this not as a warning, but as genuine advice, because I feel like your points would have greater affect if you did this and you wouldn't have to worry about others bothering you as much.

man threads on here grow huge in no time
nobody will agree with anybody else
this thread is pointless as one side will agree with that side and etc..
i agree with Mr. M and if he's being arrogant i dunno what i'd call GS who has trumpeted he's right and everything Mr. M says is wrong since Page 1
his super-conceited level is over 9000

so what now ?

Not one scan in this whole thread states "marvel has its own omniverse"..not one single panel of repetitive scans-none, and showing references to omniverse in marvel comics does not make it theirs...things like"protectors of the omniverse" "threatened the omniverse" are not direct statemnts that make it marvels own

A 2005 definition of omniverse from an official marvel handbook of Alternate Universes states that marvel shares its omniverse with other companies
http://img149.imageshack.us/my.php?image=altuhb2005streetsamuraids2.jpg

Every hanbook entry after is not as thorough, but states -all reality
http://img111.imageshack.us/my.php?image=omni2mz6.jpg

So has marvel changed its stance since 2005? i am to believe that in 2005 marvel stated they share a omniverse with all other companies, and in 2006 till now they changed their stance...? it looks to me that they state ALL REALITY

Crossovers have been shown as proof more that once in this thread, and in the hanbooks those crossovers have been mentioned

A marvel site has updated their definition of the omniverse-
http://www.marvel.com/universe/Marvel_Universe

And it states marvel shares an omniverse, the writer of the hanbook is the one who updated the site, he has seen this thread and posters who are members of both sites brang it to his attention-yet this person was insulted twice in this thread-shamefull really
http://www.comixfan.com/xfan/forums/showthread.php?t=44342&page=1&pp=20

Btw this guy just happen to be the guy who wrote the entry for impossible man and JASPERS

There is one Omniverse and all companies and even our universe is in it . like it or not thats the facts

Nice.

Just finished reading it all.

With that said, IMO that link just closed this thread.

No offense to Mr Master but not only did that destroy every argument that he presented on this subject, but it also contradicts much of his hierarchy.

Using the writer's own words ..

Even cosmic entities are capable of hyperbole - "this is the end of everything!" isn't necessary a literal statement, and "everything" can be misused to mean "everything within a given reality," "everything within a given multiverse," "everything which I know of" (which in an infinite multiverse may still be actually only a small fraction of the true whole), etc. Like the blind men feeling the elephant, someone can claim "this affects the whole Omniverse" when what it actually affects is the bits they know.

I don't think I need to say what I can do with just this fragment alone ..

Why the hell is this thread still going on?

Seriously, this has gotten to the point where people basing their argument around a site called comixfans.com.

Because this thread has lowered to such ridiculous levels, the people on KMC who have a brain should let this thread die.

I'm glad to see the moderators stepped in, because I was getting tired of Mr. Master's unfounded accusations. He's accused me of being a fake identity used by Starlock. Sorry. I've never posted on this forum under any other name than the one I am using now. I'm sure the moderators can check my ip and see that. Please feel free to do so. I told him the Marvel bio section was a wiki site. He point blank called me a liar. Then, when the entry he liked to quote was altered to say something other than what he agreed on by "Stuart Vandal", he denounced the site as a wiki, and accused Starlock of amending the page using a fake name. So, now he admits its a wiki site. Does he apologise for calling me a liar. No. As for Starlock changing it, have a look at the Marvel.com bio of Stuart Vandal. He's one of their moderators, not a regular poster. He IS Marvel staff. Stuart Vandal is also the name of one of the handbook writers - just look inside a handbook. So, since Mr. Master disagrees with the change which clearly states the omniverse is more than just Marvel, he thinks Starlock somehow tricked Marvel into letting Starlock register under the name of one of their staff? If you believe that Mr. Master, why not register on Marvel using the name Joe Quesada and change it? Come on! Marvel isn't going to let people pass themselves off as genuine Marvel staff and post under those names. So that means it was the handbook writer who changed the page.

As for quoting ComixFan. Have a look at the OHOTMU page on the Marvel site. Thats a protected page, so only the moderators can post there, which means that page ISNT a wiki. And on that page, you have them say "Fans can also visit the Official Handbook Discussion Forum, "Who Watches The Watchers?", to find out more about the recent Handbooks and related titles as well as chat with the writers!" I still can't link to it, but if you go to the page and click on the link to the OFFICIAL handbook discussion forum, do you know where it takes you? Thats right - Comixfan. That same site is listed inside all the handbooks. Thats where the handbook writers answer fan questions - as the Marvel site and the handbooks both say, it is the OFFICIAL discussion forum. So the Stuart Vandal posting there, the one who has the words "OHOTMU Writer" under his name, is the handbook writer, not just some random fan who is using the name.

And please those half insults aimed at another site and this one are petty
and uncalled for, try and be mature, its not like anybody forced you to post here.

There is plenty of evidence here in this thread and, i see this thread as a learning experience, thru this thread i found another site which has actual marvel staff and writers who work with the fans and participate, kinda like how i found this site...and i love this site..never would i throw an insult around here about brain capacity or what interest another poster

No offense to you or this Comixfan dude
who yall have embraced as your be all and end all concerning Marvel facts,
but that's just "Comixfan" drivel if it can't be backed up with On Panel depictions,
and/or further corroborations in Official Marvel Handbooks.

😆 .. I'm still in a bit of shock, that these 3 individuals
are shadowing evidence from Marvel Comics (On Panel)
confirmed in Offical Marvel Handbooks,

with some speech at "Comixfan?" ... 🤨

I agree, but first,
I must show the onlookers the folly of taking seriously voices on the net.

My advice, stick to actual Comics yall.

I'm not gonna war with you dude,

"ip" addresses can be worked around.

Separate cpu, or Linux & mac systems also don't register "ip" addresses on the net.

Ol' Vandal (or whoever) is wrong, and it will be proven.

Not with me saying, "he's wrong'

but with supported proof, unlike his speech.

Inconsequential if it contradicts what has been depicted in Marvel Comics (On Panel)
and confirmed in Official Marvel Handbook bios.

I will respond in a pm, but for this in here i will say....Have you ever read any post by me to you or another poster that describes my body parts and swinnging from them, have i ever said swallow a product of my body?

i am old enough to know what the rules are and when i am close to crossing the line, you want respect...treat me with it..i am nowhere close to being a troll but i will not back down and i will not be stepped on and not retaliate

Respect goes both ways, and i am always game for a new start

Taking word at "Comxfan" over what actually takes place On Panel in MArvel Comics,

is comedy, imo.

You do that, I rather just stick to Marvel Comics (On PAnel depictions)
that are corroborated in Official Marvel Handbooks.

If ol' Stuey really believes in what he's preaching,
tell em to add it in the next Handbook,
and tell em to a Writer friend to confirm it On Panel in a story,
and all will be settled.

Until then,

Marvel Comics (On Panel) > Marvel Official Handbooks > Marvel.com/Marvunapp

any other source is is inconsequential and comepletely meaningless.
