Yes, he invented the term and defined what it meant. And he said the omniverse included EVERY reality, including DC and ours. His magazine, Omniverse, covered Marvel AND DC continuity. Why do that if the term was only meant to apply to Marvel?

I think that's exactly what they meant. Yes, we all know it is a comic and not real, but what they wanted in the story was "this menace is so great, even you, the reader, are in danger!" It's all just hype, and making the threat in the story as big as you can. Any character can be said to THREATEN the omniverse. The only time that would become a problem is if the threat succeeded. Which it never will, because the good guys will always save the day.

Which means (1) the good guys won, and (2) the threat to the omniverse got dealt with. Like I said, a writer can have all the threats to the omniverse he likes, but the threats will never amount to more than that.

And I love how you respond to one bit by again quoting one of your scans, ignoring all the places where your arguements have been shot to pieces, and again insisting your own narrow interpretation of what is said is the only possible interpretation.
