But, your PIS statement is correct.
Obviously this version of the Surfer doesn't have the same physiology that 616 had, since 616 was able to sustain being sliced into pieces, and still battle on against that computer world.

I actually think he might be right. Cant quite remember what happened I think Doom beat Beyonder but only temporarily.

Doom attacked Beyonder with power he stole from Galactus' Worldship.
Beyonder beat Doom.
Beyonder began to study Doom by dissecting him right up the middle.
Doom's last move before dying was to activate a fail-safe in his armor at the last second.
It drained the Beyonder. Doom had the Beyonder's power.

Well what that means is that Doom won but Beyonder eventually got the upperhand. Its like Koing an opponent, then the opponent getting up and knocking you out. Doom won but only temporarily.

Wasnt it partially due to the fact that Doom couldnt contain such awesome power. I could be wrong as I havent looked at Secret Wars in over 12 years.

I am looking at it right now.

No, the Beyonder was not almost Powerless. He was at full power.

The Beyonder was just a spark in the subconscious of Klaw for a while. Then, while Dr. Doom was trying to control his powers during a fight with Captain America, Beyonder grabbed it all up again.

I know, but the Beyonder was powerless when taking his power back.

I don't think power like that is just ripe for taking when you're experienced wielding it. That and the fact that the Beyonder was able to take it back so easily, is the reason why I believe that he let the Future Doom take it.

Beyonder/Klaw was playing all kinds of head games with Doom, until Doom decided to fight Captain America without using his powers, and when he did that, Beyonder took them back.

Only k-nite from his own universe works on him remember and his universe no longer exists. 🙁

I know. But with surfers cosmic awareness he could tune his blast to the exact wave length of the k-nite that would harm him.

Yeah, he did, but that wasn't how he beat Doom. Doom gave him a tiny bit. There wasn't any fight.

That's what I have been saying.
Surfer could beat him a couple different ways without actually even fighting him.
He could also just suck the energy right out of him. SMP has shown to be open to energy loss.

Yes you are indeed correct and while I could see this Surfer indeed stealing a couple I still do give Prime the nod here due to his vicious hand to hand skills. Surfer wont be catching his punch like he did with the alternate Gladiator.
