that is not the issue i am talking about.the issues I am referring to was far more recent and came out a few years ago when superman and Captain Marvel shared powers and Superman was surprised at his power lvl. at the end of the issue Cap and Supes had a handshake grip contest while Mary and Freddie were present.

Not really as adam easily broke his arm at 1/3 power and buried him alive. Cap had difficulty reaching mach speed at 1/3 power IIRC. Anyway cap matching superman at 1/3 power is stupid.
