I said at least Low-herald. Thing is high-meta, low herald is rank above it...hes got 99 years to rise one level.
Comparing that to becoming the SOK is a terrible comparison.

Regardless; Frank becoming low herald with a lantern ring in a century is a likelihood. Him being anywhere near the Earth Lanterns, Kilowog, or...well, pretty much anyone with a name...is an impossibility.
Him taking on the likes of the DCU is a fan-wanker dream.

Anyway regardless of wether its Kilowog level or not im saying he can become at least low-herald. So im sticking to low-herald or mid but not high..

And the Booster gold thing...firstly,Rip and Booster czan travel back to Pun's first day of GL training before he even has his robots,and just stop him there.Also,Batmans anti-flash mechanism didn't have anything to do with time travel...he just gave Flash an uber seizure.

When Spectre Couldn't kill him,he tried to incapacitate him.PS was able to reverse the spell,as well as putting together one od Dc's most Pis-filled OHK teams atm.I mean Enchantress alone has a spell where on touch is lethal,and Ragman can absorb punisher into his suit from a distance,and the only person who this is failed on before was the former wrath of god,so no,Punisher can't block,and no,he can't kill Ragman,who literally would have to die a thousand times over just to be slowed down.
And then There's Nightshade who can BFR the entire Army if she sets her mind to it.
