lol it makes it sound as if employers don't have the option to accept teh blacks or teh womynz if a white guy/person is applying for the same job.

I am not a racist by any stretch of the imagination, but I believe that sometimes anti-discrimination laws can go too far in not discriminating against black people and end up discriminating against white people (which is the same with anti-sexism laws preferring women), yet nobody will notice it.
If these laws allow white people to be discriminated against, then they're not nearly as "equal" as they are made out to be.

It's also a paper that creates a new study every week, many of them claiming things like 'soda makes your ears fall off', or 'immigrants cause lung cancer'.
