Equality law could bar white men from jobs

On the contrary, it seems according to the article pasty white people are too good at their jobs and need to make room for other 'people' who cannot jobs based on skills alone.

Really? Can you post one that was made within the past 10 years showing how the federal government is blocking black men from getting jobs? I would like to see it..just for reference.

Well the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) was signed into Federal law back in '64 by Kennedy so 10 years'd be to soon for that, so no, I won't be able to point to any Federal laws denying black men from getting jobs in the past 10 years unless you wanna talk about C.O.R.I. but w/e. We'll leave that out, nontheless and however, what i wrote is still correct.

But even if it were true, or the case, what you said, i'd still think it grossly unjust for that type of deal to happen to white men cause of skin color. Even with history's experience, for them not to get jobs because of skin color would be hysterically outrageous to me.

C.O.R.I? You think that has something to do with racial discrimination against blacks getting jobs?

How is an education system conducting criminal backround checks on future or current employees holding back black people from getting jobs? Sure they have the highest incarceration rate.. but thats really not anyone fault but their own..I think C.O.R.I is a great thing.

Factors to Consider in Reviewing a Record
1. the type of offense (is it a felony or misdemeanor);
2. the nature of the offense;
3. whether the charge resulted in a conviction;
4. the type of sentence;
5. whether the individual successfully completed probation;
6. the date of the offense; and
7. whether the individual has been arrested subsequently.

I dont see anything to do with race.
