At least when that herald is Surfer. A smallest portion of his power can bust planets and create stars.. A full power blast should atomize Herc/Savage Hulk..

I could go into feats if you want, but at this point I thought Surfer being obscenely powerful was common knowledge.. Stuff like evolving entire planets, unconsciously creating sentient constructs that reality warped large parts of space, tanking attacks from certain angry versions of Hulk with no visible damage...
Guys like Thanos beat him down, but he's usually portrayed a step or two above top tier.
And while Thor has the raw power to compete with Surfer, they're not on the same level durability wise.. Or shouldn't be.
If Thor was as durable as Surfer, fights with Herc or Hulk would be a joke. They couldn't possibly hurt him, barring the most powerful incarnations..

WTF... I cant see Surfer disintegrating Savage or Herc with a blast. I dont know where you got that idea from.
Heralds isnt>>>all bricks buddy. Dont know where you got that from either. I cant picture Thanos 6 punching/killing Hulk, Thor, Doomsday, or Despero like he did Surfer.

Well, a weaker version of Thanos did tank a combined punch from Thor/Thing, and KOed Thing and nearly Thor..
So it's not like Surfers the only character he's ever punked..

Thor's not so much about durability as he is about energy defensives/counters with Mjolnir and incredibly impressive damage soak and stamina.

You have officially gone nuts. Drax has hurt Surfer with his fist and Professor Hulk stalemated this same Drax. Warrior Madness Thor has koed Surfer with his hammer and Professor Hulk fought this same Thor and held his own. Get out of here with these assumptions because you dont know what you are talking about.

Look at your examples. "Warrior Madness Thor"? Drax? Both are in the "above top tier" class.
And I've seen the Hulk/Drax fight you're talking about, and Hulk hardly matched him.. He was the clear underdog, got in some moves via superior mobility, but in no way matched him physically..
And Drax is the guy known for toying around with Savage Hulk.

I dont think you caught on to what I was telling you. The same Thor fought both Surfer and Hulk. The same Thor koed Surfer with a couple of well placed licks but got stalemated by Professor Hulk. Do you not understand this?
If anyone was holding back in that fight with Drax and Hulk... it was Hulk. He even admits this during the end. Drax isnt known for holding back, he is a complete moron that doesnt know what "holding back" means. Hulk held his own and wasnt even damaged during the fight. At the end before he got mind raped, he stated that he wasnt going to hold back anymore but the fight ended in a stalemate.
There are other examples as well of Surfer getting hit by punches that Hulk would walk through. I could easily bring up Thing or Rhino but I'm not even going to go there.

^ hulk was trying to be friendly once he found out drax was mentally impaired, but then when hulk gave him a friendly slap on the back drax overreacted and punched the hulk in the face:
when hulk figured out drax was mentally impared he recalled heresay that drax may be as strong if not stronger than he was, but then looking at the actual fight you can't really say what's what as they were both playing around in a way.
hulk was over all that as you can see so who knows

I never said that Hulk was greater than Drax. What I did say is that Hulk "stalemated Drax" and he did just that, stalemate him.

The Savage Hulk never fought Drax in Infinity Crusade.
The Savage Hulk has fought Drax with the Power Gem evenly however in a Secret Defenders issue I believe it was.
