<<A snake that can completely cover the face of the Earth must be pretty heavy. It is assumed that the snake weighed as much as the Earth itself. Assumptions. Regardless, Superman has never demonstrated strength sufficient to actually lift the weigh of the Earth.>>
i never implied anywhere that superman COULD lift the weight of the earth. you implied thor could do so and repeatedly named it as one of it greatest feats of strength. i merely disagreed, and now find out you ASSUMED the snake was as heavy as the earth (i actually thought you found that in a book!) when in reality it is obviously very heavy, but likely no where near the weight of an actual planet. jormungand isn't even very wide around. but again, you'll have your opinions, i'll have mine.
<<Say, has Superman ever lifted the weight of a white dwarf star?>>
HAHHAH. not THAT again . . .
and no, i suppose he hasn't, but, nor has he tried to lift a MAGIC sword said to be made of white dwarf material . . . (that argument really is kinda funny . . .) and, of course, IF that sword were actual white dwarf material, it would be one HELL of a lot heavier than that snake. but i'll certainly not try to convince you otherwise. as i said, i thought the list impressive - didn't know the earth stealer info, though.
