Well, to be honest i don't know what i am referring to because i don't have knowledge of this feat anyway.
I think GS was saying this was Phoenix's greatest feat, but i don't know for sure.

True pal, that would be easier, but i don't have access to the comic you mentioned.
Mr M particularly, seems to have an encyclopedic amount of scans concerning the Marvel cosmology.
If he can post the scans i can read and make my own interpretations thereafter.
Marvels cosmology isn't my strong point when discussing comics, i don't keep that secret 🙂

The bios talk of HOTI and even they dont mention anything about God.

I think that should be enough to really believe THOTI was the power of TOAA. It doesn't directly say from TOAA (for what is asked for), but it is said for TOAA other name, the supreme being.

The ONLY character to be any kind of authority on the supreme being is LT. No confirmation came from LT.

For all we know, the hierarchy was revised. It is not set in stone.

For all we know, it was just an M Body of LT's. An LT M Body was found in the Dimension of Manifestations so we know he uses them.
Akhenatens bio refers to the HOTI as a vast power, no divine reference was made. None has been in any bio and none was made on panel by the only authority on the supreme being we know of........LT 😱
There is a difference between that which is alluded to and that which is made conclusive via official sources.
