If every incident is one where Cap is pushed up ACCORDING TO YOU, and Spidey's pushed down ACCORDING TO YOU, then that only tells me that you're ignoring the high majority of feats for a low minority to better suit your interpretations of how either character SHOULD BE instead of how they actually exist. In h2h Cap is > Spiderman.
By ABC logic, random feats, and direct comparisons Cap is Spiderman's superior here. No amount of made up advantages to Spiderman's durability, and speed is going to change what can be destinguished by on panel PROOF. 😐

Daredevil has defeated spiderman on more then one occasion.
Iron fist have defeated spiderman.
Do you see the pattern, I dont think I have to say anything for you to notice the patter. How many times does cap along with other superior fighters have to lay spiderman out before you realize the truth. Spiderman does great against brute fighters but fail against experienced martial artist with almost the same speed and agility that he has.

See many people who aren't that familiar with Cap look at the feats that have been discussed here and think "Oh well those are just high ended feats" but that's an erroneous assumption. See the thing about Cap is that he's actually one of the most consistently portrayed characters in comics. I'm not trying to say that he pulls out major feats every issue, but his low showings are few and far between. You almost never see Cap fail or have extreme difficulty with something you've seen him succeed at(an EXTREMELY rare trait in comics) and because of that his "average" is higher than it appears to be unless you devote a lot of tine to reading Cap comics.
Because Caps powers are PIS and America. 🙂

I dont know how many titles Spiderman has now but he used to have three titles.

So he had three big block buster movies, what's your point? It seems like his popularity didn't fade to me.
