Even I must face that facts that Daredevils encounters with the wall crawler show he can stalemate him and give him a good fight. But even I don't deny that Spiderman holds the edge against Daredevil.
....in there encounters.
The only difference is Spiderman fans don't do the same. For what other reason then there being a fan of that character, is not a legitimate reason in deciding to begin with.

To make it even more dumbed down for you, Peak human is the next step in human evolution, it is defined as "as high as a human can be before reaching superhuman"
Superhuman is 10, Peak human is 9.99999.
This is why, aside from strength, peak humans have agility and speed feats so comparable to spideys. Its because they ARE practically superman.
Let me meet a guy in real life who can run at 60+ and can run the mile in a minute, I'm saying to myself that mutha****** is superhuman.

Alright I think I know how we can settle this. I'm issuing an open ended Battlezone challenge to any/all of Spidey's fans that are willing to pick up the gauntlet. It'll be a "Cap vs Spidey" h2h arena match with KMC rules in effect and if I can't convince the judges that Cap can win at least 5/10 my opponent(s) can name their prize.
