c'mon man, spidey ALWAYS has the physical advantage, but the deciding factor is the skill and stamina of steve rogers. spider-man can ko cap with a solid shot but cap knows that and gives peter the opportunity to throw it just so he can counter it and combo him.
it's a tactic everyone including myself have used in a lot of sparring sessions.
spider-man is not a "fighter" in the sense that he has not been trained for at least a decade in unarmed combat. maybe in the future he will be better but he isn't now.

Spider-Man has his Spider sense to counter Cap's counter attack. And plus as you said, he has the physical advantage. He would dodge Cap attacks because he is faster and more limber. Spider-Man is also a very good street fighter. And he has years of experience. You don't have to take MA to know how to dodge a punch or kick. And the SS helps a lot.

Agreed. But it has worked for him in the past as well. So if we are to take it into account that it has worked, then it can be used here as evidence in Spideys favor...

Exactly! in a fight it's a give and take, and with someone as fast as Spiderman, Cap would be taking more than he was giving.
