There's no reason to think that. Aaron wrote that mini and he's the main Wolverine writer currently. The only question is when he'll reappear.

Wolverine/Deadpool: The Decoy (one-shot)
First battle against teleporting Sh'iar robot ended rather badly for Logan, but he did manage to dodge its energy beam when he wasn't surprised or injured.
Here he does it again (in a bit silly fashion).
And again. He even avoids a bullet when he was in hard position to dodge. Eventually Logan takes the thing down with Deadpool's help.

Wolverine shows some nice agility as he evades the gunfire and a sword chucked at him by a superhuman.

BTW anyone notice that the pannel they used for Wolverine getting Squirelgirl in an armlock is the exact same pannel that was used for Danny? They just swapped out Iron Fist and plugged in squirrelgirl. How cheap can you get, eh...never seen that before.
I don't know if it counts as a retcon, alternate universe past, or untold story, but Wolverine fought Sebastian Shaw in Iron Age. He cut him up, ate some punches, then fought him off panel for several minutes before he was punched up several stories where the X-Men entered the battle and quickly took down Shaw.
