All your examples are AFTER Hulk, or WWH get mad. Most of Hulks feats come after he gets enraged by a huge amount. In this fight however, they are in the base strength, and this is why Superman>WWh

king hulk was indeed a physical match for superman, dynamic strength like his is the main reason.
superman has performed well against doomsday rex, an admittedly close representation of a hulk/superman type fight (also a win for superman after several losses). but the main thing that limits dd is his lack of even normal human intellect, king hulk had the cunning of the grey hulk persona, and the mentality of the professor hulk (close enough). he can fight accordingly if superman starts getting the advantage by fighting dirtier.
at the end of the day after everything else fails, superman has to go at hulk with his fists, and the hulk would know that also, which gives both of them the opportunity to ko each other almost evenly since hulk's dynamic strength and cunning can sort of make up for superman's speed advantage.

...and that is why WWH will fail against Supes.
hulk is not afraid of superman, nor would he develop a fear lol.
and dd could never evolve a perfect defense to negate physical punishment, all he could do was grow bony defenses. dd strength is set as well, so everything he does is peak doomsday, that's what separates him from a smarter, stronger hulk.
physically, hulk and doomsday are miles apart, with doomsday trailing him.
