It should feature them going to find him at the beginning.Fury, Stark etc. Someone says "Who is this guy anyway?".
Then it leads into a flashback of his life, and ends with them actually unveiling him in the ice.

Sounds good to me.....i bet they would do that with allready established characters like you said ....Fury,Stark......why do you think they cut it out of the Hulk movie( i hear there is a deleted scene of cap in ice)..has anybody watched this scene?...i think it involves Banner trying to kill himself?...and the camera pans past a figure frozen in ice?...has anybody actually watched this scene?
I think Matt is the best pick..

He has the size and is a great actor.

Maybe, but he's hitting his 40's.
The film will be set in the 1940's when Steve is in his 20's.
They're going to need someone who looks young enough, yet veteran enough later on for the Avengers movie, so someone approaching 30.
I'm incredibly excited about this picture. It has the potential to be one of the most epic and relised Marvel pictures to date. And as well it should be. This is the Captain. The First Avenger , The Big one , as it were.
That being said , I really can't think of any actor I know of , off hand who's 6' 2'' , Blonde and eternally 30. I think Mattaio could pull it off if he took his head outa the sand , got a hair cut and took a shower mabie.

They're getting late in the game to not have any casting decisions yet. Thor comes out just two months prior, and everyone has been cast and are ready to go. We don't have an actor yet for Steve Rogers.
Yeah , it does seem like they should get on the ball with that? Although , a part of me hopes they take ample time to select the right players. Especially Captain America himself. I'm sure we'll here something in the coming months.

Brendan Fraser would be good.I hope that isn't the set title, though.

Bad f*cking idea. Fraser has never made a serious action film in his entire career, I don't think. The closest he has come was those POS The Mummy films. He probably couldn't help but spew bad jokes/one-liners the whole time, out of habit.
