Hell Punsiher managed to brefifly hold off Wolverine while he was injured, Wolverine is top tier and when he fought Wolverine he had his Hf and adamantuim, Frank ahd no enhancements and was injured
plenty of people have held off logan.
Saying that Batman is a top tier fighter in itself does not prove anything.

Isn't that irrelevant? Is the question here who is more skillful or but who wins in h2h? Spiderman is not as skillful as Batman but he still may very well beat Batman in h2h, the fact that hes not as skillful as Batman is neither here nor there.
DD may not be as skillful as Batman but his radar sense compensates him for the lack of skill and due to this he could at least stalemate Batman.

Yes you have you said that Joker beats Pun in prep because he beats Batman, wether you like it or not, its ABC logic. If you can use it for prep then I can use it for h2h. You can't turn around and tell me now that because you haven't used it as much that makes it ok. The fact is you used and it and you did not have a problem with it, so in my opinion you have no right to tell me I can't use it.
I also asked what logic do you want me to use? Could you please explain. Frank has never fought Batman as far as I know so what other evidence can I use apart from DD, Kraven The Hunter, Bullseye etc and compare them to Batman?

Now some of these people may not be as skillful as Batman but their powers or abilities make them able to stalemate top tiers. For example Captain America is blantantly top tier and it could be argued that he is better skillwise because he does not have a radar sense, this still did not stop DD from stalemating him in h2h.

If Joker ain't better than Doom, this is over and Punisher wins. Also, this isn't a prep thread. Joker is in a new city. And has to kill the Punisher(who knows NY like the back of his hand) in a week before Frank kills him. Frank is alive 'cuz he's a resourceful survivor whereas Joker is alive because he's lucky enough to have a nemisis who won't just blow his brains out or break his neck like Frank will. Frank will do it like it's nothing. His heartrate won't even go up. Hell, JT finds him & beats his @ss w/a crowbar IIRC & you guys make him seem like some untouchable genius. He ain't. He's just another gunshot victim put in the ground by Frank.

I didn't say he's close to the Joker interms of madness.... But Frank is more dangerous than Bruce because he will do whatever to get the job done.
