Unfortunately I simply cant find the issue. Its an issue I had in possession but no longer have.
Yes I know Im never going to hear the end of this however I could probably provide issues for most of the other stuff im talking about.
However I have stated that Punsiher has gone up against more dangerous villains, he also did go up against a villain who was crazy like The Joker who Frank killed.

2. He strapped some girl to a traintrack in a flmset so some old train could run her over like in a black white movie.

4. He got blown up and was like 'Yes Ma im on top of the world!!!!!'.

Hell Sado even said that Punisher survived all of Jokers traps and you still rejected the idea. Im well aware that the guy has very few appearance but since Dr Doom and HE are rejected because they are not crazy enough he was the only option. If we cant even use the fact that Jokers traps were not able to kill Frank then theres really nothing we can use as evidence is there?

that's all well and good, but i still don't see how they guy even compares to the joker... sure, he's crazy n shit, but one showing does not a peer make...
nobody is rejecting anything HE or Doom did, first of all. We're just not comparing them to the joker, as the methods they would use are far different from ones the joker would use.
so frank has one showing of beating the joker? yet the joker has tons of showings of crazy messed up plans that threaten entire cities.
so frank's one showing > all of the joker's, just because he didn't happen to threaten frank at the time?
nobody is saying frank couldnt kill joker if he got sight of him, what people are saying is that the likelihood of frank finding the joker is less-so than joker finding and killing frank...
joker has the prep feats, he has the body count, he has the guile, and he has the insanity needed to come up with something even frank wouldn't expect... why? because that's what joker does, its one of the core parts of his character...

For once, you are correct.
NO ONE is as crazy as the Joker. Even the bloke you mentioned is not half as insane as the Joker.
The High Evolutionary and Dr Doom are probably insane, but not demented as Joker. They set traps and plans by 'standard means', so it is likely that Punisher anticipated their traps.

Please explain how killing somebodies partner is so different from what other villains have done? Please explain how setting death traps are so different from what other villains have done?

Thats not your initial argument though was it? Your initial argument was that its bad writing. How else are we going to prove that Punsiher can kill Joker? Is Frank a part of the DC Universe, no.
What about all of Dr Doom showings? In my opinion you have not proven that Jokers madness somehow makes him more difficult.

Ive listed some of those prep feats theres nothing there that other villains haven't done. With all due respect you keep saying he has prep feats, you keep saying hes too crazy and quite frankly what evidence have you provided?
I mean hell Batgirl, Jason Todd have folied The Jokers plans. Why the hell is he too much for Punisher?
